I am a recent graduate of the Illustration department at ArtCenter College of Design with special emphasis put on color, surface, and print design.

Though new to the professional world I have experience creating visual designs for product and fabric, both hard and soft goods, under the direction of design briefs. My experience includes creating surface designs, preparing print-ready production files for manufacturing, as well as physically designing and creating hard and soft goods product by hand.

So far my goals are to create compelling and visually stimulating surface designs for product in an effort to elevate and inspire consumers.

Create promotional materials for print/web/social, assist with pattern/color/product development of seasonal collections, facilitate brand partnerships across social media, other office duties as needed.

As a Teaching Assistant my main responsibilities have included preparing teaching materials and presentations for instructors, as well as participate in critiques of student work by sharing constructive and encouraging suggestions.

I've also had the pleasure of being able to guide students through the process of preparing print-ready digital files for production of design work, and have been able to provide recommendations on color direction/trend research/ideation.

Courses include: Intro to Surface Design, Advanced Surface Design for Digital Printing, and Craft Techniques for Surface Design
