Previously, I was the VP of Sales for Hard Core Brands, Int. where I was in charge of sales for the independent, buying group and farm store customers across the country as well as the sales representatives. I was also in charge of all of the set up and pre show work for the buying group shows (Nations Best Sports, Sports Inc., Worldwide Distributors and Mid-States Distributors.) In this time I was also in charge of the pro staff program across the country managing over 150 pro staff members. I scheduled appearances and work schedule for all of the pro staff members at various events across the country.
Prior to working for Hard Core Brands, Int., I was a sales representative with Avery Outdoors covering Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska and Nevada. I was involved in pricing, programs and, management of the buying groups (Nations Best Sports, Sports Inc., Worldwide Distributors, and Mid States Distributors.) I was also a regional sales manager for Primos, Inc. where I managed 17 western states and the sales representatives that covered them. I also worked on the pricing and programs for the major accounts in the region. During my time at Primos I was involved with the buying group shows as well as the ATA and SHOT shows.
