Manages up to 150 various accounts providing any supportive information the account or sales team might need. Analyzes, plans and replies to customer forecasts, questions and product inquiries. Consistently updates open PO report(s) with specific and accurate delivery dates. Upkeeps accurate ship records and customs documents. Reconcile, transmit and process POs. Resolves all customer, pricing and claim issues. Coordinates release requests to multiple warehouses via EDI. Effectively communicates with shipping departments to arrange pickups and inventory moves. Submits and prepares a weekly call-off, moving product overseas and importing it to our USA warehouse. Works with logistics to track inbound shipments in order to meet customers PO needs.
