Sales Operations

Manages up to 150 various accounts providing any supportive information the account or sales team might need. Analyzes, plans and replies to customer forecasts, questions and product inquiries. Consistently updates open PO report(s) with specific and accurate delivery dates. Upkeeps accurate ship records and customs documents. Reconcile, transmit and process POs. Resolves all customer, pricing and claim issues. Coordinates release requests to multiple warehouses via EDI.  Effectively communicates with shipping departments to arrange pickups and inventory moves. Submits and prepares a weekly call-off, moving product overseas and importing it to our USA warehouse. Works with logistics to track inbound shipments in order to meet customers PO needs.

Oversaw daily operations for one of the largest sales floors at the Tyler Nordstrom. Planned and executed successful events that drove volume and built customer loyalty. Partnered with regional merchandisers and management to ensure the best quality, value and selection. Maintained accurate inventory management in order to achieve and/or exceed shrinkage goals. Analyze weekly and monthly selling reports to identify opportunities and trends based on sell through, top drivers and vendor performance. Regulate merchandising and presentation standards set by corporate headquarters and adapt to buying trends. Conversed daily with the store manager and regional managers in regards department business, employees, sales figures and plans to drive volume. Quickly reacted to buying trends utilizing just in time methods to maximize sales. Identified and recruited top sales talent and future leaders.
