I have over ten years of customer service experience. In addition, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree.

My current duties include:
•	Provide exceptional customer service to new and returning customers
•	Responsible for keeping track of inventory
•	Sell golf clubs, apparel, and accessories
•	Oversee tee times and tournament scheduling
•	Perform opening/closing tasks including: Balancing drawer and safe • Locking down operating system and facilities
•	Oversee and assist employees in both clubhouse and maintenance

Job duties include:
•	Locate and remove/install water wells • Repair water pumps if possible
•	Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communications and pricing estimate
