•	Analyzed and updated the in season merchandise style, subclass and department sales and inventory plans based on current business trends.

•	Developed eCommerce merchandise sales, margin, inventory and assortment plans, including choice count and depth analysis for forthcoming quarters by Subclass and Department.

•	Partner with the online marketing team to plan promotions to meet sales and margin plans.

•	Executed daily QA to ensure all products were successfully merchandised on the website and promotional launches were merchandised and messaged appropriately.

•	Facilitated the merchandise turn in process with the merchant teams, copywriting team and photography specialist. This involved per-turn in preparation as well as post meeting follow up and documentation.

•	Worked on a project team, developed solution to real business case, presented to Executive Leadership Team & department leaders.
