• Lead creative development and production for campaigns, promotions, advertising and branding
• Create, design, copywrite and manage production and implementation of internal and external marketing materials, including print and online advertising, billboards, radio spots, videography, point-of-sale and in-branch collateral materials, promotional items, presentations, et cetera
• Manage advertising agency of record, media planner and buyer, junior and freelance designers, mail houses, photographers and other vendor relationships with budgetary and production flow considerations
• Review and direct media plans and budgets
• Manage projects and/or provide support for all marketing initiatives and events, including serving as Compliance liaison and supporting community initiatives
• Work with senior management and all internal divisions to implement campaigns and ensure cohesiveness of all branding
• Serve as administrator of website and intranet communications
