Manage all your print projects from brochures and catalogs, to direct mail campaigns, to retail displays and environments, to multi-level ad campaigns. Work, schedule and negotiate with all of your in-house staff (I am big on the team dynamic!) and outside vendors. I probably know some of them already. If not, I’ll be excited to get to know them! 3. Find you the best deal for your money and schedule by comparing costs and capabilities of multiple vendors; and then take care of all the details with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation and all that paperwork no one else likes to do. 4. Track and manage multiple projects and find ways to make your process run a little smoother, implementing changes with the team’s buy-in. I’m The Voice of Reason and a whiz with a spreadsheet. I’ve been in the business for over 30 years, so I’ve seen how good projects run and I’ve seen some “challenging” ones. I’ve already made the expensive mistakes that junior level people make, so I can avoid all that and save you money over the long haul.
