Merchandiser/Business Development

• Maintain a close working relationship between the purchasing and design department. Manage the procurement of all textile and garment samples for clients.
• Oversee the selection process of suppliers and manufacturers based upon the product specification requests of the merchandising department. Manage clear communication with over 30 prospective suppliers.
• Closely monitoring the production plans of each factory, ensuring daily output projections and strict timelines are being achieved. Responsible for developing and executing time-and-action plans for all programs.
• Supervised conflict resolution process between manufacturers and the development department; offering production alternatives and identifying solutions for the product development team.

• Establish and cultivate close relationships with over 15-20 clients. Ensure client satisfaction and retention of contracts by serving as a source of knowledge and a point of contact.
• Proactively communicate and delegate tasks within the web and graphic department.
• Maintain communication with clients on a daily basis via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to ensure all
projects and deadlines are being achieved.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to help drive businesses internally and externally.

Account Manager

• Promoted to a key position in managing market research. Devise strategies and techniques to expand the target market; evaluate companies of the same caliber to ensure optimal product offerings.
• Analyze sales activities, customers, pricing, and competitors in thorough detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create compelling and engaging marketing content.
• Develop positive business relationships with vendors; provide personalized retail plans to meet sales objectives.
