I have a take charge, can-do attitude that enables me to be a leader and work independently without supervision, while I am also comfortable collaborating in groups and being a team-player. I work well under pressure and I am highly organized. I have been working in Event Management since I was child and have done events ranging from DIY Pop-Ups to beautifully decorated 100+ person corporate holiday parties to weddings large and small. I have a wide range of skills and I can do anything I put my mind to. In my current role I have been enabled to wear many hats and it has empowered me to learn and succeed. I have transformed our community outreach for our region, and been a crucial team player on our sales team, bringing people together to thrive is my passion.

Account/Delivery Management
-	Developed & managed key buyer relationships for Fortune 100 and 500 accounts including world’s #1 social media company

-	Managed on-boarding of new resources, incl execution of background checks, asset distribution & electronic access to customer sites

-	Contributed to the invoicing process including calculation of completed units of service & reported actuals
-	Managed & contributed to forecasting accuracy by preparing accurate forecast reports & analyzing burn rates, working closely on reporting and comparison with finance

Sales Enablement Regional Lead

-	Planned and executed events across NA

Event Manager/Community Outreach
-	Managed all events (15 annually) from start to finish for the Region to broaden community interaction and outreach, including but not limited to charitable events, family events, CMO Summits, Omni-Channel Events and corporate team building events throughout the fiscal year
-	Point of contact for all event coordinating and planning, working side by side with onsite coordinators on top of my own delivery and management
-	Managed budgeting annually for all community outreach, events and customer projects, down to every detail, tracking spend and approvals
-	Worked side by side with leadership to shape and mold details and information for quarterly town hall meetings
-	Implemented and designed monthly regional community newsletter, covering important details across the region and introducing new joiners
-	Point of contact for all new hires in the region with questions or concerns regarding best practice, tools and all around assistance getting to know the business
-	Joined Global Event Planning Committee in order to contribute in keeping our Northwest Regional flavor alive, as requested by the COO
-	Worked side by side with leadership in planning, site visits and execution of contracts for marketing events in the Northwest Region

Event Manager / Community Engagement Lead

Freelance event planner/designer and photographer; 
-planned, conceptualized and executed events across NA for weddings, baby/bridal showers.
-worked with brides on concepts and designs, and executed within budget
-managed all logistics and vendors leading up to and including day of the event; this includes getting my hands dirty and designing and finalizing DIY projects
