Open Moleskine’s two initial retail stores in (2) New York territories. - Proactively analyze sales results and proposed action plan for improving and increasing profits. - Directed implementation of visual merchandising each quarter to sales team. - Overview store reporting on sales, top/bottom sellers, schedules, KPI’s, etc. - In charge of assessing and ordering weekly replenishment for store. - Work with P.R and Marketing Depts to develop compelling awareness initiatives that have in turn increased sales. - Reinforce product training’s through individual coaching sessions during store visits. - Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by analyzing key business potential.
