Site Manager responsible for P&L, achieving contractual Key Performance Indicators and day-to-day operations of 650,000 square foot, multi-customer Direct to Business and Customer 3PL distribution center

•	Successfully implemented enhancements to distribution center required under the Food Safety Compliance Standards that led to ASI Certification

Sr. Operations Manager

Provided second level management support and direction to cross functional organizations for the #1 rated Distribution Center in the TJX MarMaxx network which included creating and driving strategic initiatives and leadership development, implementation of Engineering Standards and Performance Based Incentives as well as oversight of day to day operations of an organization of 200 employees 

•	Charlotte Distribution Center Champion for Store Service Team responsible for reduction of pre-store delivery damages to a network of 300+ retail stores 
•	Created and implemented Controlled Self Audit program that successfully prepared Charlotte Distribution Center to receive an “outstanding” rating from internal TJX corporate audit team testing process compliance across MarMaxx distribution network

Area Operations Manager

Responsible for leading site specific projects working to improve inventory accuracy and reduce cycle count expense by working closely with on site and global business partners

•	Developed Standard Work for Stockroom to Stockroom Material Movement, Trailer Yard Movement, Material Receiving Processes and Discrepant Material disposition which led to a reduction in Q/Q cycle count expense of $150k
•	Implemented an Inventory Control / Materials Governance where Gross Accuracy, Cycle Count Expense, Aged Inventory and vendor relationships were reviewed with Sr. Management weekly.  Actions from governance resulted in 6.5% improvement in Gross Accuracy for $40 million of On Hand Inventory at Dell’s flagship manufacturing facility from Q1 to Q2 of FY10
•	Green Belt:  COA Loss Reduction Project resulting in annual savings of $500k across two manufacturing sites

Inventory Control Project Manager

Provided second level management support and direction to cross functional organizations for Dell’s flagship manufacturing facility which included creating and driving strategic initiatives and leadership development, implementation of Lean processes and fostering a Lean culture as well as overseeing day to day operations of an organization of 300 employees 

•	Project Lead for launching international shipping capabilities to Mexico and Latin America at Dell’s flagship manufacturing facility which resulted in adding 25% additional capacity to site in FY09
•	Project Led for launching international shipping capabilities to Canada at Dell’s flagship manufacturing facility which resulted in sustained discrepancy rate of 0% for all international shipments to Canada while adding 15% additional capacity to site in FY08
