With a history of creating proactive customer engagement opportunities and solutions, my passion lies in fostering authentic relationships for the brands I represent. My experience is grounded in communications, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Chapman University's Communications Studies program, and driving customer relations for national brands throughout my career. I've had the opportunity to directly engage with many cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, human resources, legal, crisis management and various management positions. I am self-motivated, detail oriented and take pride in building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. ACTIV is a start-up that produces a mobile platform to connect and improve existing physical training programs, nutrition systems, connected devices and personal trainers. ACTIV’s network of health information is analyzed for effectiveness and provided to consumers in an easy-to-use mobile apps.

• Drive company strategy and future plans by completing and monitoring large, complex projects through identifying and prioritizing activities needed to successfully complete priorities.

Public Relations

• Managed high sales volume locations and more than 15 employees, to successfully operate more than 6 stores simultaneously
• Created positive customer service solutions for guests of the Disneyland Resort, resulting in more than 10 official guest compliments in one year’s time.

Store Operations Lead

• Facilitated eight hour, on-boarding training for large groups of more than 40 new employees each session, to instill the Disney customer service philosophy and traditions
• Lead specialty training sessions to cast members wishing to further skills in guest interactions at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
