I have over 21 years of proven solutions delivery experience in Information Technology.  I am a strong leader with extensive experience in leading a highly performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Expertise in: Infrastructure Design, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Oracle Database Services, Business Continuity, DR Planning, VMWare vSphere, Managing Network Services and Server Support Services.

•	Provide Technical Architecture Design for DirecTV Latin American (Brazil, Pan America, Venezuela, Argentina, etc.), including documentation suitable for presenting to operations, engineering and executive teams
•	Lead technical decision making exercise, scaling design & concepts to software architecture
•	Designed for a very large complex scalable disaster recovery solution for DirecTV Pan Americana (PA) Conditional Access Management Control (CAMC), leveraged Amazon Web Services (AWS) combined with internal DirecTV VMWare solutions.
•	I have quickly earned a reputation for designing cloud-based deployment strategies that mitigate risk while meeting infrastructure, projects such as PA Mobile Video On Demand (VOD) and budgetary needs   
•	Making practical recommendations to efficiently scale current and next-generation designs
•	Producing and maintaining Technical Architecture Design document on infrastructure implementation

Manage a team of engineers with a common goal to provide exceptional support and administration for all existing & new technology in all offices worldwide, including 24x7 operations, infrastructure design, enhancement, business continuity, DR and maintenance of all systems.                       
•	Responsible for team of 18 direct reports (6 server engineers, 4 network admins and 8 desktop supports) and 44+ second level resources from India
•	Responsible for all Imagine Communications IT Global strategic initiatives and critical projects to innovate and streamline Operations throughout the company.
•	I managed the infrastructure aspect of all mergers, acquisitions and site moves for Digital Rapid, Imagine Communications, OpenTV and RGB Networks. 
•	Successfully Designed and implemented many large secured enterprise cloud solutions with Rackspace
•	Lead the migration of PeopleSoft to Oracle R12 and Hyperion from inception to go production live with Rackspace hosting
•	I conducted Business Impact Assessments (BIA) for existing & new projects, work with global sites leaders (VPs of R&D, Engineering, SQA and Sales) to define critical systems and business functions throughout for Denver, Burbank, Toronto, Texas and UK London.
•	I am responsible for all infrastructure designs, development of DR, and document Business Continuity and DR plans for all Imagine Communications LAN/WAN, Data Center, power redundancy and all critical business functions. 
•	I developed project plans for lifecycle of BCP/DR including ad hoc presentations for senior management.  
•	All business critical/major projects are design with four9s for assurance of operation, business continuity, security & risk management and failover requirement for DR
•	Identified & evaluated business technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and opportunities for internal control improvement
•	I developed exercises, tested recovery capabilities and published results for UK Thames Ditton’s Imagine Communications
•	Vendors Management: I successfully negotiated an MPLS global package deal with AT&T in 2014 that saved Imagine 2.1 million dollars over 36 months from Verizon MPLS provider
•	I am constantly looking out for continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure processes and functions
•	I proactively identify needs for improvements, capacity changes and upgrades. Plan and implement upgrades and patches. Provide recommendations for forecasting the growth of the environment to executives
•	Evaluates new and emerging technology infrastructure and security technologies; recommend solutions that address needs/requirements
•	I am solely responsible for the management of Multi-Datacenter environments worldwide including hosted datacenter with Rackspace & Datapipe One.  I had allocated Rackspace cloud solutions for Imagine Communications website as well as a development farm for R&D departments throughout Imagine.  
•	I am personally responsible for all enterprise-level infrastructure design throughout the implementation of projects for four9 business critical systems, three9 for medium, etc. 
•	Managed all facets of corporate IT infrastructure and services, including desktop support, Email, file services, mobile devices, network infrastructure, remote user access, and satellite offices.
•	In 2014 and the first few months of 2015, I was responsible for the moved of corporate data centers in four different locations (Denver, Burbank, Toronto and UK London) all on time and within budget.
•	Lead the corporate website (Harrisbroadcast.com) project to a private cloud platform with Rackspace to provide self-service options to our developers, reduce workload on Operations staff, and provide a multi-tenant environment to support the growth of the company.
•	I am responsible for all Oracle installation/upgrade, capacity planning, performance monitoring & tuning, index optimization, backup/recovery (RMAN), data availability, security management, data migration and integration
•	I managed the migration of simple clustered Exchange 2003 deployment to a geographically redundant Exchange 2010 environment with full redundancy to all aspects of the email infrastructure.
•	I lead the initiative to deploy large tape library backup system to replace several disparate systems to R&D throughout Imagine Communications locations.
