Visual Merchandising lead. Strategize weekly merchandising plan. Analysis of sales by style data. Increased sales on a weekly basis by utilizing data maven sell through report tools. Lead the development and succession planning of merchandising team. Responsible for merchandising planning strategies in order to improve weekly visual merchandising flips, and overall team atmosphere.
