Account & Marketing Director

A young professional with a unique combination of business experience and technical skills, bringing to the table the ability to combine business development with Over 20 years’ experience in the Textile/ Readymade Garments Marketing and Sales. With a proven leadership capabilities and team management.
From the multitude of exposure and experience I can identify myself as being a professional expert seller, and a visionary Leader/Manager by experience. 

In a nutshell, I can state that I have the experience to achieve targets by adapting modern management concepts into  real life situations. 

 I believe that I have all the required Knowledge, skills and behavior traits which are needed to run a profitable business.

Cairo Cotton  is the Egyptian Master player in the knitting & garments industry in the Egyptian market with over than 19 years of experience in that industry and with most large garments brands all over the world (USA & Europe) 
As an Account & Marketing Manager I am responsible for the entire business process that includes the costing, "traveling to meet the customers for the costing and Forecast plan "? .,  and the  overall coordination between all the company’s departments, the functional Management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business. Reporting directly to the General Manager. 
Planning responsibilities: 
- Establishment of both annual and monthly planning objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. 
- Providing a seasonal Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan. 
- Coordinating the specific objectives of the Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Business Development, Operations and Finance. 
- Establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company in coordination with the General Manager and other Directors.
-responsible of making the time & action plan for all confirmed customer’s orders. 
Execution responsibilities 
- Successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies. 
- Manage all of the production stages starting from; Knitting, dying and all production involved departments.
 - Define and manage the weekly/monthly and annual export objectives for all in-hand accounts . 
- Spending a significant portion of time in traveling to the potential countries to get new accounts & to develop new business with current accounts. 
- Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
