-Managed a team of four direct reports who produced the digital and print catalog experiences

-Defined business requirements for a software application that creates and publishes web content 
-Managed six direct reports who wrote the software and oversaw quality assurance testing
-Orchestrated the software rollout to and training of 30 internal users 
-Project allowed web content to be released weekly rather than monthly and added new navigational tools to the website that enhanced browsing for 780,000 unique visitors per week

-Improved workflow using lean manufacturing techniques and saved $200,000 a year in labor costs 
-Re-engineered shipping containers, which increased throughput 10% and reduced damages 20%
