•	Manage over 4,000+ SKU’s within a 78,000 square ft. facility in North America
•	Ensure North American warehouse is OSHA compliant

Distribution Manager

•	Manage the delivery/shipping load-out process to ensure accurate loads
•	Manage the dispatch process to ensure all deliveries are processed in real time
•	Coordinate all transfer inbound/outbound to stores and other distribution centers
•	Ensure that contract delivery service is billed accurately and completed in a timely manner weekly
•	Create/implement policies and procedures for logistics

Delivery Manager

•	Supervise the shipping department of 15 warehouse associates 
•	Review pick order reports daily to ensure accuracy
•	Receive shipments and audit pack slips to ensure accuracy
•	Pick product for delivery staging and outbound freight to other distribution centers
•	Deluxe and assemble all product for delivery process
•	Address and resolve all discrepancies with delivery load out process 
•	Receive all product into RFID barcoded inventory system
•	Forecast daily fluctuation in volume 
•	Resolve all inventory discrepancies
•	Work with the Repair department to repair all product damaged in the shipping process or staging process
•	Identify ways to lower overtime and improve on efficiencies in the staging process
•	Stage all outbound transfers for store delivery
•	Review employee performance and recommend salary reviews
•	Travel to other operations facilities to assist in special projects
•	Work with the Service department to ensure steady flow of picking process
•	Pull product from rack locations and maximize each load
•	Manage the customer pickup process and ensure all paperwork is accurate
•	Ensure all product is pulled down and prepped for same day deliveries
•	Manage the delivery staging process with the prep line
•	Ensure all outbound transfers are accurately loaded and transfer paperwork is filled out correctly
