My past experience has been acquired while working with diverse groups of people in a wide range of settings that enabled me to develop excellent customer service skills. I'm a quick learner, organized, capable of communicating at different levels, able to meet challenging tasks efficiently and very reliable. My skills include but are not limited to the ability to use MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook and Excel. I've managed a high volume of calls and served as back up assistant to management whenever needed.
