Our main objective was to provide outstanding customer service to all guests.  Accepted incoming phone calls and answered all questions about reservations and the resort.  Helped out with all aspects of the resort from the housekeeping staff to the management.  Also in charge of opening and closing up the resort every day.  We also delivered a catered lunch and breakfast to the guests every day. Held my food handlers card and prepared food.
