Hi my name is Abraham Hernández

I’m a product designer and I’ve been lucky enough to work for different companies in México , the best in the market. I’ve also designed with/consulting on projects for small  local brands ( footwear, clothes, bags).

Occasionally , I work on my own brand Eligio Casablanca , I enjoy integrate design with functionality; always focus on good quality, clean, well thought out, disruptive design.

Currrently I live in Mexico, I.m looking for an opportunity for growth in Los Angeles, I simply love the city, if my experience matches with your needs please keep me in touch because this will alow to speed my work permit process

ACTIVITIES 

- Development of  styles that go with the brand concept and season. 
- Meet appropriate deadlines by prioritizing and coordinating all stages of
development as necessary.
- Translate ideas into hand and technical sketches (shoes and outsoles designs). 
- Produce technical packages for prototypes.
- Travels to and work with manufacturers across Asia (China,Vietnam) and Mexico.
- Correct prototypes and final samples for the collection. 

SAMPLES / PRODUCTION

- Strong technical construction knowledge for footwear manufacturing, this involve fitting tests, patterns and lasts feedbacks and corrections.
- Got involved with designers and specialized knowledge employees into
prototypes process, to ensure the concept requirements.
- Work closely with manufacterers across Asia and Mexico.

MARKET RESEARCH

- Travels to different cities across United States and Europe to see new concepts  and trends.
- Analyzing and reviewing market studies and reports.
- Reviewing specific requirements by team sales and determining merchandise to purchase. 
- Research and identify latest consumer, style and color trends, analyze forecasting reports, seasonal colour palettes.
