Utilizing my knowledge of textiles and inflatable structures to create relevant solutions.
Working on projects for Aerospace company’s such as Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin and several branches of NASA.
Coordinate with all project managers to complete R&D tasks, and deliverables on time and to satisfaction.
Determining what materials to use for each application.
Designing and developing solutions with the team.
Seeing to it that things get finished when they need to and being flexible.
Supervising some projects when necessary and seeing to it that the job is done correctly and in a timely manner.

Engineering Technician

Creating solutions for various new products with the six years of knowledge gained.
Determining what materials to use for each application (i.e. materials, thread, textiles, R/F weld strengths and fabric).
Dealing directly with engineer’s to establish exactly what they want prior to making decisions. 
Double checking drawings to specs (FAI’s and continual quality).
Writing AutoCAD files and using a computer run gantry to make cut patterns needed to complete new products.
Utilizing Solid works to gain large scale answers to problems which would otherwise take longer. 
Supervise and coordinate large scale jobs as required.

MECHANICAL DESIGN TECHNICIAN

Filling out/maintaining all records for personnel, training, calibrated tooling, production requirements, attendance, material coming in/out, ECR’s, COPQ’s, RCA’s, production log sheets and MOS’s many of which I created/had input. 

Constantly changing focus to what may take precedence in the complex production world today, while still providing bottom-line results.
Meeting/beating all on-time deliveries in Lake Elsinore.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Controlling all consumables to keep the production line moving.
Took on additional responsibilities while maintaining personal production responsibilities.
Learned which form’s to use for just about everything it took to run the production line as a supervisor.
