Field Marketing Manager

I’m confident that my skills in marketing and sales throughout numerous fields are well aligned with what the company is doing and I’d be an excellent fit for your organization. 

My studies at Cal State University revolved around communications and marketing with a specialized look at broadcast journalism, allowing me to hone my skills with writing, editing, interviewing and graphic design. 

During my work with the Neuro Brands, TYR Endurance Sport and OCWEEKLY Magazine I was able to take my marketing and branding skills to the next level building out a footprint and setting up and planning huge events including hundreds of people and advertisers. As well as controlling a Street Team of 20 people sending them out to events around the area to help grow their social media, email and texts.

•	Lead marketing expert in the market & create partnerships to grow the brand. 
•	Creating a local field-marketing plan to execute against marketing and sales pillars.
•	Execute and oversee field-marketing sampling team to increase consumption and brand awareness in the general market and retail.
•	Gather consumer intelligence and identify local market trends that can be applied to Neuro.
•	Attending distributor and retailer sales meetings to establish relationships and ensure Neuro is getting the required attention and engage in discussion on local and regional brand opportunities.
•	Identify and evaluate event partnership opportunities that yield high ROI and are aligned with brand strategy and execution standards.
•	Work cooperatively with local Neuro Sales team and distributors in your market to ensure retail standards are maintained on a consistent basis in all channels of trade (natural, grocery, food service and non-traditional).
•	Support Neuro sales teams in securing chain distribution and executing trade-marketing needs.
•	Identify best approach to implementing a National Social Media Platform into your market
•	Complete weekly field marketing reports which details activity in your market
•	Develop, manage and maintain a market budget
•	Oversee all warehouse, product inventory, infrastructure and assets in your market.
