• Oversee Project Management including purchasing, product shipping, and receipt inspection. • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping • Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management • Obtain RFQ’s and issue Purchase Orders for inventory and manufacturing • Create, review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed • Review all incoming customer orders against original quotes and form acceptance/denial letters • Generate, maintain and store all rental records, service records, quality records, customer product specifications, quotes, quality reports and purchase orders in electronic and paper files. • Coordinate all orders locally and internationally with 100% on time delivery • Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information systems, to improve efficiency, speed, or quality of transportation service • Inspects all orders prior to shipment for all accounts • Primary Customer Service Representative • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments • Assist Management and Engineers in all aspects of operations, quotes, contracts and any other projects assigned • Evaluates and approves suppliers/vendors • Assist with implementation and continual improvement of our quality management system • Internal Auditor for API/ISO Quality System (Newest Addition) • Supports owner in ensuring the promotion of awareness of product quality requirements throughout the company • Development of short and long range sales goals and sales projection • Continually improve and implement processes to meet all customer and industry requirements, prepare documentation and coordinate modification, revision, upgrade, testing, etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, Home building (RIM), ERP Syteline System
