•	Communicated consistently internally to Quality Control, Purchase Order, Marketing, and Upper Management on issues such as failed shipment, on time deliveries, and pulling for special advertising campaigns.
•	Compiled and upload testing forms, COCD forms, packing instructions, price tickets, and Certificates of Compliance onto the system.
