My passion is to use my organizational, leadership and Time Management skills along with  my tenacity, wisdom and people skills to work and grow within any organization in project management.  
     I have a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration focusing on Marketing and Transportation Logistics and a Masters in Business Management and currently working on my Project Management Professional Certification.  
     I have 10 years experience in Project Management in the fields of Telecommunications and Marketing;specifically mobile marketing.
     Through attention to detail, time management, inter-personal skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills, I have managed over 77 projects per month ranging from $500 to $3.5 million. At the same time I oversaw 4 employees directing them in their own projects. 
     Through my passion and mentoring, I was able to manage high dollar accounts proficiently and within budget

Kaiser Permanente – Senior Project Manager – July 2017 – Present
• Manage projects of medium size complexity, or components of a larger project. Specifically dealing with IT budgets for up for $5.5 Million
• Manage all projects from planning to completion
• Develop and execute project plans for strictly the IT department which include schedule and resource forecast, and manage project financials for medium to
large size projects.
• Led the allocation of resources, scheduling and tasks assignments by following proper project management practices and Kaiser Standards
• Manage the work of project teams for the IT scope of work for each project
• Review floor plans, construction documents, schematic designs, construction designs and main loan funding
• Projects include replacement of specific equipment like MRI, Fluoroscopy and Medivator products
• Larger projects include all IT work for a specific floor of a hospital or medical office
• Assemble internal and external resources that ensure the alignment of team member skills and strengths with project demands.
• Monitor project risks
• Create all IT Budgets with estimating system
• Travel to all locations for Kaiser within San Diego, Riverside and Los Angeles area

California Coast Credit Union – Senior Project Manager – Jan 2016 – July 2017
• Managed all new branch openings which include: construction, floorplans, design, furniture and timelines. In 2016 I opened two new branches. One in San Diego County and one in Riverside County.
• Directed all BCP testing and project plans for the credit union including all annual tests selected by the NCUA.
• Coordinated the credit union’s new IVR (Integrated Voice Response) from inception to implementation.
• Observed corporate Change Management process, created and saw the approval of Change Requests, and engagement of technical resources from Network,
Firewall, and Server teams for delivery fulfillment.
• Created new project intake process for credit union
• Managed company-wide desktop/laptop upgrade of all employees in addition to tech-refreshing systems out of warranty
• Supervised various budgets ranging from five thousand to 10 million dollars

Wells Fargo - Functional Manager/Project Manager for Technology Operations Group (TOG) - Jan 2014 – Aug 2015
• Established responsible parties, gathered upgrade requirements for servers, network devices, storage arrays, etc., and led weekly meetings to fulfill execution of upgrades to customer requirements
• Observed corporate Change Management process, created and saw the approval of Change Requests (BMC Pac2000), and engagement of technical resources from Network, Firewall, and Server teams for delivery fulfillment
• Responsible for concurrent, timely delivery of dozens of projects implementing upgrades of SAN, NAS, CPU, vCPU, VMware, MEM, vMEM, and other technologies on behalf of all internal Wells Fargo lines of business
• Managed decommission process for servers from start to finish, working with technical contacts and Community Planners for all lines of business and documenting the audit trail in the systems of record (PTP, Pac2000, E2E)

Project manager

Directs and monitors all activities for medium to large, medium to high risk, technology based projects from initiation to delivery. 

Monitor all projects that typically cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Currently Project Managing 50 projects. 

Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives.  

Monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. 

Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, significant issue management, and communication with business lines and technology management levels. 

Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency.
 
Identifies security risks to the organization and ensures that appropriate data security procedures and products are implemented.  

Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security.  

Identifies regulatory changes that will affect information security policy, standards, and procedures and recommends appropriate changes.
