Service Deli Assistant Director

To obtain a position in an organization that utilizes my extensive inventory, customer service, and leadership experience. My goal is to lead a team and help grow the business.


•	Responsible for the operation of 100 food service/meat department operations across California, Arizona, and Nevada
•	Successfully opened 100 stores in 100 days while managing all aspects of the supply chain, staffing, and product planning
•	Directly responsible for annual sales in excess of 66 million dollars
•	Responsible for all the coding and price adjustments for all products across our service deli’s.
•	Provided communication for all service deli’s for any necessary actions such as new product arriving, new pricing or new signage.

•	Directly responsible for in excess of 17million in consistent inventory and 21million in sales annually. 
•	Developed and implemented multiple cost savings initiatives leading to increases in profitability. 
•	Responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping/receiving processes.
•	Validated all paperwork completed by inventory specialist.
•	Trained employees to work in a safe and secure warehouse.
•	Implemented weekly display plans across all departments following specific company guidelines. 
•	Assumed leadership roles in multiple departments to gain experience and knowledge.  Roles such as Sales Floor leader for all departments.
•	Led the asset protection team to follow the standards of Best Buy revolving around safety, security and profitability.

Sales Support Manager

•	Started a vending machine business in 2005. In charge of inventory, accounting and maintenance of all machines.
•	Provided detailed inventory counts for each location.

Route Manager

•	Directly responsible for revolving inventory in excess of 1million dollars, with annual sales of 35 million dollars 
•	Run sales and reports to understand ordering needs and maintain inventory levels
•	Develop new employees to create succession planning for the team. Personally responsible for training and development of 7 employees into leadership positions.
•	Responsible for quarterly Inventory counts.
•	Maintain safe and organized stockrooms throughout our restaurants in California Adventure.
