Moved into a store that had recently gone through a large exodus the goal was to rebuild a sales team and align the existing team with a changing company. The store lacked strong leadership and the understanding of a cohesive unit as a sales team. Within my time I was able to put together a strong team of leaders and sales people that worked together as a unified element creating a strong platform to operate on. 

Store Manager 

Assist store manager in all store operations. Communicate with department leads daily on all matters. Ensure all items have been shipped/recieved through store inventory. Uphold all company standards. Ensure all guests are given A+ service.
