Operations Manager

•	Management experience within a high-volume regional distribution center for salon professional products and cosmetics shipping parcels, LTL and TL in an 800,000 sq. ft. facility. 
•	Responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting, and implementing all operations and logistical activities. 

•	Ensures that all operations and logistics functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established corporate and client operations, procedures, and requirements.

•	Own start-up responsibilities which included Current Best Approach (CBA); Safe Work Practices (SWP); One Point Lessons (OPL); Staffing requirements; Overtime Management; Cost Savings; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).  
•	Delivered T&W Cost Savings through loss identification and elimination; restructured staffing to eliminate OT; increased case pick rate productivity via WFM - Increased target for cases per hour  $150M savings. Eliminated 2 auditors creating annual savings of $75M.  Met 95% LRDT & SOT initiatives with promo launches.
•	Responsible for Inventory Records Accuracy for cycle counts (IRA) monthly.  Target was 98% - FYTD Actual was 99.6%
•	Responsible for Quality Assurance across site / Key element owner and SIP Auditor. 
•	Orders Measured against DC cost cuts with 99.4% accuracy

Project Manager/New Initiatives    (2003 - 2007)

•	Dynamic, high profile leadership role brining new initiatives to life.  Managed initiative delivery teams, created and optimized supply chains while also being a key business partner in multi-functional teams to deliver new products.
•	Managed multi-functional teams and delivered Critical Path Schedules for successful launches of initiatives into the marketplace.  Coordinated key players to resolve day-to-day issues on the initiative.

Process Reliability Site System Owner   (1997 - 2001)

•	Managed all aspects of reporting Process Reliability across site. Developed a new site PR manual that was rolled-out across Beauty Care Trained new hires and incoming PE’s on PR; trained pressing members on PQM.

Production Coordinator/Team PR Leader/Manufacturing    (1988 - 1997)

•	Worked in all facets of manufacturing to include pre-weigh, blending, assembly, packaging and warehouse in both technician and lead role.
•	Line leader for Robotic Lines, analyzed and resolved problems for line and, programmed robots on line to produce within schedule adherence.
