•	Assist in reduction of DSO from 28  to 21 days, monitor credit exposure for a $3.9 Billion company
•	Audit financial statements, verify cash conversion cycles and provide liquidity ratios based on validity of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements to minimize risk.

•	Scrutinize financial covenants, verify and monitor customer’s UCC filings for risk management
•	Negotiate and approve terms and conditions (2% N-10, N-15) for Sysco, Wal-Mart, Costco, and Target.

•	Obtain and analyze credit information from Dunn &Bradstreet, Experian, & other credit reports
•	Review KPI’s to monitor product trend across 4 platforms for over 2000 products for pricing variances 
•	Implemented new account risk scoring system to improve credit application to facilitate sales and future growth
•	Prepare monthly bad debt analysis, cash forecast , month end A/R functions, credit adjustments
•	Process Debtor In Possession ( DIP) accounts for bankruptcy, process proof of claim, initiate legal proceedings
•	Review RMA, un authorized deductions, bills backs, pricing rebates, inventory credits, approve ACH deductions  
•	Provide internal communication, excellent customer service and sales support to meet company expectations

•	Reduced Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 46% from 78 to 42 days for a $10 Million A/R portfolio
•	Executed mechanic liens, verify bond coverage, initiate small claims, judgments, assignment to 3rd party agencies
