Data entry for new employees
Setting up new employees on time clock
Job postings on recruiting job sites
Process payroll for retail and cooperate entities
Scanning resumes for open positions in the company
Emailing possible candidates’ resumes to supervisors/managers
Phone screening (basic questions to prep before interviews)
Schedule interviews with supervisors/ managers
Compile and present new Hire Packet (job description/ pay, policies, I-9 documentation,
employee expectations)
Audit HR files (Personal Employee Folders, I-9 Binder, HR filing )
Supporting the Human Resource Director as needed

Delivers tracking numbers for all departing shipments
Organizes and delivers all packages and mail
Familiar with and uses all Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Enters any supply order and ensures each department is stocked with appropriate
necessities
Provides and drafts forms sent out to employees, i.e. order forms, shipment forms, etc.
