I offer 10 years of professional experience in IT successfully completing various projects in the public and private sector, as a contractor consultant; e.g. Retail, Healthcare, Entertainment, Banking, Food Industry, & Public School.

IT support and services under an SOW contract/project, for Rainforest Produce at the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market. In addition, inside sales, marketing, and distribution of food services products. As a distributor for eSolutions, I delivered various disposable paper/plastic food-service products, and janitorial supplies. From manufacturers and wholesalers such as KARAT, Princess Paper, and LagasseSweet. Delivering to the local wholesalers, produce markets, restaurants and juice bars, throughout Los Angeles.

IT Consultant/Inside Sales

From 2008 to 2010 under CompuCom break-fix contract, I repaired on-site all in warranty and non-warranty STAPLES HP computer hardware, for depot repairs. Then hired directly as a Staples associate, from 2010 to 2014. My job role as a Technical Analyst member of the Global Infrastructure Team, was responsible for the IT installation and support for Staples non-store locations in North America. These locations include DIST centers, call centers, digital copy centers, and sales offices. I supported the configuration and deployment of LAN/WLAN and WAN infrastructures, across the STAPLES retail enterprise infrastructure. Lastly, tier II and III support, and closed issues with an overall yearly SLA of 96.09% a high statistic; considering the number of projects and special assignments in which I was engaged in.

Analyst IS Technical/Systems Administrator

From 2007 to 2008, I was a field service technician and Dell, HP, and Lenovo certified. I repaired various hardware in and out of warranty, of break-fix SLA services and assuring to the adherence of SLA to clients on-site. For CompuCom's clients; e.g. COSTCO, PETCO, WAL-MART, SOC, Starbucks, Longs Drugs, WELLS-FARGO, KAISER PERMANENTE, ALDO Shoes, HD Supply, URBAN OUTFITTERS. From 2006 to 2007, I completed the PC refresh and migration for ABC TV and Disney clients. Responsibilities included replacing end-of-life computers for ABC/Disney from the direction of Disney management and cast members. Software reloads and custom configuration’s per cast member and business units. Performed data backup & data transfer for clients, and joining them to the proper OU domain of business unit. Connected network drives, printers, and peripherals.

Technical Support Tech/Field Service Technician

Audited, updated, and removed unlicensed software, installed throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. Several district locations were visited of middle schools and high schools. The schools computers were documented, updated, port tested and troubleshooted for software compliance, to certify for ISIS. As a Team Lead I would meet with the LAUSD office staff, administrators, and technicians, during scheduled meetings at school sites. I would collaborate on the work being performed by my team for the (ISIS) Integrated Student Information System roll-out. I also gave direction and organized my team of technicians; with keys, radios, administrator passwords, and daily recap/sign-off sheets.

Field & Desktop Support Technician

Repaired and facilitated HP, Sony, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba, eMachines, computers and laptops; for in warranty and out of warranty hardware. Performed operating system upgrades, virus removal, and PC hardware upgrades. Improved the CompUSA Tech Service customer satisfaction surveys for City of Industry store 217, into 2nd place for the 4th quarter in region 3.

PC Technician

Assisted 16 technical staff from KCI’s corporate office, by configuring 700 laptops within a 7 day deadline, for the migration of Windows 2000 to XP. Deadline was completed ahead of schedule by 2 days. A team effort we performed the following: Imaged hard drives, removed and quarantined executable file types, data backups of user files. Configured Sprint VPN dialer
settings, tested and established network connections to the KCI corporate network in Texas. Password reset and setup of users to Microsoft exchange server.
