I am passionate about business and possess diverse professional experience across multiple organizations from a variety of industries. I specialize in improving operations, increasing profitability, and enhancing growth. My enthusiasm for business, entrepreneurship, and helping others to become successful led to the establishment of Frasure Consulting Services (FCS) in 2011. As a consultant, my success is attributed to identifying and determining the business’s expectations, prioritizing processes for deployment and resolving issues and/or concerns identified through analysis. FCS has also allowed me to support the many San Diego small-business communities and local non-profit organizations through pro bono work. In addition to my consulting work, I have also worked as a project manager on many diverse projects, most recently on a database platform. In addition to my regular responsibilities for this project, I also developed and implemented strategic UAT using offshore teams, oversaw the platform documentation, and overcame internal obstacles to ensure completion of project. In my other roles as Project Manager, I consistently exceeded expectations of completing projects on time and under budget while meeting customer expectations. In my other professional roles, I regularly improved on existing processes for increased efficiency and organization. As an Estimator, I improved department efficiency by over 75% through the development of new estimating and office procedures, lowered company overhead by 10% and expanded customer base in Southern California by over 50%. In retail, I lowered operating costs, increased customer satisfaction and consistently exceeded all budgets, including overall business growth of over 36%.
