I have been involved in Skydiving since 1991.  I have worked within that industry as an office manager, executive assistant and as an event organizer. I was a co-founder in the Ground Launch Center in Lake Isabella, CA.  I organized the first FAI World Cup at Skydive Perris, CA.  I have excellent references, I'm LOCAL and I would make a great addition to SPT.  I've done Accounts Payable/ Receivable/Purchasing/ Bookkeeping.

Process daily concrete & aggregate tickets, create invoices, process payments, prepare and process daily bank deposits, weekly and monthly bank account reconciliation, monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, carry out billing, collection and reporting of activities according to specific deadlines, data entry, review A/R aging to ensure compliance, set up new vendor accounts, assist vendors and customers with account related and billing issues, purchasing necessary supplies, maintaining confidential information, typing correspondence, compiling reports for aggregate sales, etc.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Accounts receivable/payable, payroll reporting and proper coding for sick, vacation, personal, and comp leave, oversight of Magnet budgets, compiling budget reports, processing of purchase orders, requisitions and vendor payments, supplies inventory and ordering, set up of new vendor accounts, weekly & monthly account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, providing administrative/program support to staff and students; performing secretarial duties in support of administration, coordinating communications between the administration, staff and student/parents; supervision of subordinate staff; mail distribution, answered 12 incoming lines and distributed calls to over 200 extensions, etc.

Magnet Secretary / Bookkeeper

Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process. Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.  Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.  Review and update credit and loan files. Establish new member accounts, provided advice for financial investments, account reconciliations, etc.

Member Service Specialist

A/P, A/R, establishing and maintaining budgets for various projects, compiling and reporting payroll, paycheck distribution, weekly account verifications and monthly bank reconciliations, inventory audit and control, supplies ordering, event planning including hiring entertainment, marketing, hiring, training,  & monitoring work performance for subordinate staff; employee appraisals, providing excellent customer service, oversight of all business dealings.

Skydiving competition event organization. Responsibilities:  Venue selection, meeting with venue personnel to establish course set up, Accounting: accounts receivable/payable, purchasing, payroll, maintenance of budget reports, processing of purchase orders and vendor payments, set up new vendor accounts, weekly & monthly budget reconciliations, customer relations, inventory audit and control, event marketing and award selection, supervision of subordinate staff; researching information from internal and external sources, coordinating travel plans for staff and competitors, Coordinate event logistics, hiring staff to provide competitor support, including registration for competitors, keep inventory of camera equipment, timing system, and course materials
