Senior Creative Director

Analysis and planning on how that brand is perceived in the market. Developing a good relationship with the target market is essential for brand management

	•	Identify key athletes, influencers  to create, implement and activate consumer experiences, events, launches at an account/retail level. around athletes.Nurture and build  authentic  relationships with athletes and influencers in Los Angeles territory .
	•	Lead and Provide  support to Nike North America and territory sponsored consumer experiences such as Entertainment Marketing activations,   Expos, Sport Marketing events and Sporting events. Create key brand marketing moments for core consumer such as Sneaker Show and tell, Nike University, Nike+, NTC, Summer Is Serious, Kobe Takeover.
	•	Lead of participation in marketplace business directions and priorities. Manage account list to consistently reflect top 30-75 doors within assigned territory, while providing relevant territory information. Provide local qualitative marketplace insight .Work with Nike West Leadership to coordinator participation in marketplace business directions and priorities directly relating to the consumer.

	•	Selected Accomplishments:
	o	Developed and launched Nike Running initiative in urban communities that propelled sales 2% for the Running Category in Urban communities.  Consumer focus Hispanic and African American 
	o	Led marketing launch in South LA for new products. Identified  consumer and marketplace opportunities. Consumer Focus Hispanic and African American 
	o	Performed ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.Produced competitor analysis project to demonstrate and highlight competitor wins and losses for use in sales, brand-consumer-product marketing and marketplace  transformation presentations.
	o	Authentically connecting with Nike’s core consumer through consumer facing events and activations assisting in building brand loyalty, awareness and exposure.

Brand Marketing Rep

Responsible for  selling  Nike products  and required to ensure timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/RTS summaries and delivery information.
