•  Manage a teams of 20 to 35+ per shift full-time and temporary employees producing (engraving),
inventorying, and fulfilling 500 to 3,000 orders per day.
•  Responsible for day to day business of the fulfillment center: Hiring, firing, OSHA compliance,
human resources, etc. While operating independently from Wanderer Headquarters located in West
Palm Beach Florida.
•  Responsible for managing inventory management software (Skubana and Stitch Labs), Shipping software (ShipStation), and products creation/maintenance in Shopify and Stitch Labs.

Fulfillment Center Manager

•  Oversee printing, pressing, sewing, finishing, and shipping departments at an eCommerce apparel company that makes and sells our own sublimated, screen printed, and DTG'd clothing on-demand and does roughly $1MM in revenue per month.
•  Helped create custom software that queues up artwork to be printed, tracks individual garments throughout the entire manufacturing process, and checks items into shipping allowing for seamless shipping of orders containing multiple items requiring different manufacturing processes and times.
•  Oversee multiple on-demand and bulk vendors.  Responsible for negotiating rates, ordering, setting up shipment info, etc.
•  Responsible for hiring, firing, temporary employee management, and all other day to day functions of operations.

Operations Manager


• Oversaw the entire production process for all over sublimated cut and sew apparel items – 124 different 100% polyester cuts and 3 different 100% cotton direct to garment printed tees.
• Responsible for connecting customers’ online stores (typically built on Shopify) with Through6 custom built backend and API.
• Oversaw the fulfillment of 1,800 to over 3,000 units per day direct to the end customer and 500 to 2,000 wholesale bulk units.
• Acted as warehouse floor manager/shipping manager in addition to production manager role.

Production Manager

• Set up an autonomous Direct-to-Garment print and fulfillment facility that operates as its own cost center, as independently as possible from TeeFury headquarters.
• Accountable for all duties required in running a business: bookkeeping, hiring and firing, OSHA, State, and Federal workplace law compliance, equipment procurement and repair, and budgeting.
• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and producing over 150,000 SKUs of apparel and accessory goods.
• Oversaw the fulfillment and shipment of an average of 40,000 orders / 70,000 units per month. Roughly 480,000 orders per year / 840,000 units per year.
• Directed up to 20 employees per shift fulfilling screen printed and DTG printed shirts, fleece, posters, printed shoes, pins, heat transfer mugs, sublimated leggings and skirts, and miscellaneous add-on items.
• Built an order processing module using a combination of Excel spreadsheets and ShipWorks that allowed for 99.98% pulling/printing accuracy 


Print & Fulfillment Facility Manager

• Managed 53,000 square foot warehouse and a dozen employees – bakers, warehouse staff, and delivery drivers.
• Oversaw the ordering of ingredients, inventory, production, and delivery of baked goods for 22 Kneaders locations in 3 states.
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, and shipping of non-perishable items to 24 different Kneaders franchise locations.

Warehouse Manager

• Led a fire team of 4 Marines in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
• Spent 18 months at the 8th and I Marine Barracks in Washington D.C. as member of the Marine Corps ceremonial unit.
