IT Manager

Manage the planning, deployment, and support for 350+ virtual and physical desktops, printers, VoIP phones, and tablets in a Windows enterprise network. Ensure proper provisioning and day-to-day support of high quality services to customers. Utilize bilingual communication skills extensively on a daily basis.

Installed, configured, maintained, and performed technical troubleshooting for front end computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, and peripherals. Provided technical guidance and training to Level I Technicians; assisted Level II personnel with management and support for remote network and communications equipment.

IT Support Technician

Provided back-end support for level I personnel; reported directly to System Administrator and investigated elevated technical issues. Processed and monitored server backups; tested, deployed, and reported on MS monthly patches to desktop PCs to support two corporate sites as well as servers and POS in retail stores.

Network Technician II

Provided technical support in a distribution center warehouse for equipment including desktops, RF devices, multi-function printers, and VoIP/TDM wired and wireless phones; patched and wired network connections as needed and developed documentation for software used in warehouse as well as hardware deployment and maintenance purposes.

Technical Support Technician

Managed day-to-day restaurant operations, managed a team of 25 employees, oversaw quality control, and tracked restaurant inventory; trained staff on practices conforming to ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) standards and proper techniques for effective customer service. Interviewed, hired, and trained new employees; motivated, evaluated, disciplined, and/or terminated staff as necessary. Supervised daily activities and ensured achievement of financial objectives.
