Prepared monthly petty cash aging report to track all outstanding petty cash accounts. Assisted Vice President of Finance in reconciling all delinquent petty cash accounts. Managed distribution of all staff and freelance payroll as well as all travel and expense reimbursements. Maintained inventory for all additional production tools such as manual checks, p-cards, and parking validations. Prepared and maintained signatory cards for all authorized signors on the west coast in compliance with SOX. Processed all ancillary checks and cash received. Integral part of PeopleSoft software roll-out for the position of petty cashier.
