Creative Consultant

Design: Crafting an aesthetic language that resonates to consumers in a uniquely conceptual and visual presentation.
Define: Establishing an iconic recognition of Brand and Product for clients.

-Creating engaging and reactive content for clients and their campaigns needs
-Aligning Artists, Musicians, Designers, and other Brands for clients and their campaign needs

Global Sales Manager

Helped to stream line a rapidly growing business and help to create and maintain the International and Domestic Sales team (previously sourced out to a sales agency), and Marketing divisions. Provided oversight and training to in house and international sales teams and distributions, delegating tasks and responsibilities appropriately. Managed all aspects of customer accounts including procurement and administration of distribution contracts, revenue collection, A/P, A/R, banking, auditing, budgeting, inventory control and development of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance profits and improve operations. Coordinate meetings to assess customer needs and target appropriate product and service solutions. Helped to create Marketing and Sales Calendars, Production times for season drops of product, and 3PL logistics for International Distribution. As well as New Product Launches, Seasonal Launches, Special Projects, and Collaborations with other brands and companies.

time for both the apparel and skateboard side of the business. _Grew the International sales from 800k a year to 2.7 Million through
marketing and sales programs and strategies.

GLOBAL MARKETING AND SALES DIRECTOR

Helped to create and maintain a West Coast Sales and Marketing Operation.
