I work with my department to successfully fulfill each and every guest's shopping experience. Nordstrom holds high standards in providing quality shopping experiences for every guest. Not only do we service the customer, but we learn and train ourselves in product knowledge. In my job, I handle and learn about designer products. By educating myself in designer products and today's trends, I am able to confidently sell and suggest products to guest.

Provided guests with a relaxed shopping experience, by demonstrating the brands goal to make life one long weekend. I worked with my team to create an environment where guests can come in and feel as though they are on a vacation. I assisted guests on choosing the best wardrobes that best accommodate them and their lifestyle.
