General Manager/Freelance Project Manger

I have worked in the Creative Services industry for over 10 years with external and internal marketing agency structures. I would like to consider full-time, freelance and consultancy based opportunities. I have a strong management orientation and use a personable approach to impact teams through positive team building, morale and clear direction on expectations. I have previously overseen a large creative team including account, design, production and coordination.  
The largest contribution I have made is connecting all functional inter-department teams so the focus and objective of a project is thorough and moving towards successfully delivery at any level of challenges or complexity. **Contract freelance assignments to help agency operations with process configuration, implementation and training. 
**Directly oversee cross-functional staff including creative, production, account and digital teams 
**Work directly with Chief Creative Strategist and Chief Operations Officer to debug process, increase efficiencies, improve speed of client setup, project cycles, billing + overall production
**Improve infrastructure to meet demands. Hold entire team accountable for on target completion of key workflow phases, at levels that exceed experience levels and expectations
**Built & managed creative teams. Balance resource levels (hire + fire) to meet increased demand, debug inefficiencies to increase capacity 
**Manage staff day-to-day by maintaining workflow processes. Personable manner, a problem solver and solutions oriented approach to team morale, internal conflicts, client needs and business initiatives.
**Exceptional management skills in fast paced, pressure filled environments with team that crosses all levels of skill sets and experience
