Working on teamsport footwear projects with a particular focus on football and rugby for the worlds 3rd largest football brand. 
• Development of a range of Total New, New Upper and Graphic update projects from design conception through to production sign off. 
• Quarterly trips to Asia based development facility to develop prototypes, aligning them both to cost requirements and the briefed needs of the product.
• Daily communication with Local Developers and suppliers in Asia.
• Attending Material fairs for exposure to new materials and working with suppliers to develop the material further for the required needs. 
• Responsible for sign off of fit and wear test shoes or rejection where needed, subsequently advising on the appropriate action for the next stage.
• Development of injection molded TPU plates as well as rubber moulded outsoles, from design conception through to sign off for mould confirmation.
• Key responsible person for the use and management of the Connex Rapid prototyping machine, to produce prototype parts used for design revisions and mould confirmation
• Handled a range of direct development projects.
• Development of a new last based on the findings of a research project. 
• Research, testing and implementation of material to bring a performance benefit to the consumer.
