•	Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Benefits Manager of Pension and twelve direct reports with a demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.
•	Coordinate corporate luncheons and develop presentations for meetings and special events. 
•	Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, cooperate agenda and itineraries.  
•	Corresponds, both verbally and in writing, with employees, contributing employers, and local union and plan consultants.
•	Researches, analyzes and resolves benefit related delinquencies in coordination with company policies.      
•	Consults, researches, and resolves issues regarding various issues related to participants, beneficiaries, trustees, employers, etc.
•	Track and maintain weekly attendance and annual vacation records on 32 departments’ employees.   
•	Assists with implementation of software.
•	Monitors and maintains pension benefit application data.
•	Process monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes.   
•	Direct business relations and distribution of company literature to stimulate client interest and increase pension benefits.  
•	Performs other duties as required to support the mission of the company.
