Account Advisor

Use creative lead generation techniques focusing on the action sports industry, identify new potential clients, create customized proposals tailored for their goals, and present them with our solutions. I also focused on finding new ecommerce partnership opportunities, which led to wearing many different hats. Job responsibilities for this position are as follows: 

•	Attended San Diego based marketing events to help generate new leads and relationships.
•	Partnered with cycling parts and accessory distributor to build out an ecommerce platform allowing their products to be sold online. Managed new website design, established relationships with over 50 brands and incorporated their products into platform. Managed social product ad campaigns.
•	Worked closely with Sony among other sponsors to organize & host an event to help promote client’s brand.
•	Implemented new point of sale system at partners retail location. 
•	Created and managed client’s online sweepstakes to help grow their email marketing reach. 


Co-Founder

Working in Business Development my prime responsibilities were to develop new business, renew and grow our existing business and develop new strategies of lead generation for the company. Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:  

•	Worked closely with agency departments to identify and present new digital marketing solutions and strategies to potential clients. Services included; strategy, design, web development, PPC, SEO, SEM, analytics, local and mobile media.
•	Implemented new techniques in order to generate leads.
•	Identified profitable sales opportunities.

•	Attended industry specific trade shows in order to develop new client relationships.

Business Development

•	Responsible for teaching a class of 20-40 students the best Social Media techniques and strategy’s to use in a business environment. This class was a half day section of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Marketing class. 
•	Was responsible for following up with students in order to grade and review their class projects. 
•	Assisted students in looking for internship opportunity’s in the San Diego area.
•	Helped generate proper strategies for students who currently worked in their company’s marketing or social media department.

Assistant Teacher/Guest Speaker

After about a year of working as a Sales/Customer Relations Representative I was promoted to Sales/Customer Relations Manager, and then again to the position of Product Development Coordinator. Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:  

•	Directly communicate with professional sports athletes/agents to acquire new contracts for future products.
•	Utilize various programs, such as Microsoft Excel, to produce various complex forms and function as product schedules throughout the manufacturing process.
•	Generate new product concepts to maintain original/innovative content for a dynamic market
o	Specifically resulting products generated over 14 million dollars in gross revenue 
•	Regularly monitor and implement new methods to optimize material/manufacturing expenses, when needed.
•	Frequently organize/direct meetings to internally discuss potential new products/concepts for future development.
•	Coordinate with various departments to explore product schedules and guarantee prompt delivery.
•	Generate reports to appropriately allocate resources with regards to player contracts, manufacturing timelines, and upcoming products.
•	Work closely with finance and purchasing departments to maintain/alter budget variables as needed.

•	Manage sales team of four reps.
•	Train new hires on company policy, procedure, and product.
•	Understand SalesForce (data management system) to organize training material for new employees.
•	Maintain employee work schedules, timesheets, and priorities to maximize productivity.

•	Established relationships with the company’s top consumers.
•	Worked at two of the company’s Canadian tradeshow/expo’s and helped build hockey specific relationships with our Canadian customers.

•	Instrumental in the creation of Action Sports Video, this became the #1 internet source for the entertainment interests of action sports enthusiasts.   
•	Generated strong sales and established long term, positive relationships with worldwide customer base through online and telephone communications.  
•	Resolved customer service issues courteously and professionally – dealt with quality assurance and customer satisfaction guarantees, defective/damaged merchandise, returns and exchanges.
•	Reached the goal of, and retained, a 100% satisfaction rating with our main affiliate amazon.com.
