Led matrixed team of 54 to provide enterprise support to accounts across City of Riverside, Orange County Commercial and City of Pomona accounts. Only project manager for city of Pomona; led all projects including VOIP, voicemail implementation, license plate recognition, Microsoft exchange migration, time reporting and other data center upgrades. 
Managed the implementation of the VOIP Network for the Pomona Police Department, network was comprised of 240 Shoretel phones, IP PBX, 15 switches / routers and Shoretel monitoring and control software.  
Implemented standardized project plans and processes for determining viability for suggested improvements; led to migration and upgrade of Windows NT Server farm saving $2M annually in electrical and air conditioning costs. 
Developed vulnerability assessment guidelines to detect security flaws within the network and avoid breaches. 
Collaborated with ITOs and the PMO to define standard policies and procedures for use in the development lifecycle.  
Developed and implemented weekly project management reports outlining project status and delivery dates.
