Private Label Production Coordinator

Oversee daily communication with oversea factories and vendors regarding new development, samples and production
• Responsible for negotiating prices with overseas vendors to achieve maximum margin
• Communicate extensively with factories on production updates to ensure orders are on track for
deliveries
• Liable for issuing production PO’s to factories and ensuring that all PO details are accurate
• Create presentations using Power Point that are presentable for our clients and sales team
• Responsible for creating cost sheets, sales orders, vendor orders, purchase orders, spec sheets, data
entry and inventory reports
• Coordinate shipments with logistic department
• Oversee the time, action calendar and reports to ensure all deadlines are met and are on schedule to
meet final exit date for production
• Ensure that factories are abiding by the protocols put in place for production and provide them with
packing instructions for each account
• Collaborate with buying, planning and design teams throughout entirety of production process

Managed three retail locations and was responsible for hiring and training new employees, reports, payroll, and scheduling
• Ran all aspects of our E-commerce website including project management and delegation of projects to the graphic designer
• Traveled to L.A Market and CALA for apparel buying and assisted with orders for Footcandy footwear collection
• Maintained a solid track record of maximizing profits and was responsible for finding shipping rates and low-cost country sourcing
• Directed the opening of a new franchise in Delray Beach, Fl., assisted with visual displays and merchandising
• Assisted in all social media and marketing, including the store’s blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email campaigns and trend analysis
• Processed all E-Store, email, phone, and international orders and shipments
• Managed all fraudulent charges and chargebacks with credit merchants and shipper to ensure follow
ups with customers
• Was responsible for inventory, re-orders, markdowns, transfers, monitoring purchase orders and RA’s
for multiple locations
• Conducted quality inspections of samples and processed all merchandise deliveries and shipments as
a quality control specialist
