After establishing myself as a leader within retail, I eventually became the west area Senior Analyst managing the multicultural marketing and sales operations strategy for the western United States. In my most recent position I was able to trial a number of different successful strategies. Some of which were adopted nationally because of the strong return on investment they produced and the affinity they built between the brand and the community.
