Youngevity is a direct sales company specializing in nutritional products.
• Project management - Put in place a project management work flow and system. Oversee numerous projects through the entire project lifecycle - from request to completion.
• Oversee work delegation to creative team of 5 graphic designers, 1 photographer and 2 content writers.
• Marketing projects included the creation of catalogs, brochures, booklets, social media squares, web resource content, packaging, event collateral, etc.

Project Manager

Baseline is a printing & design firm that does digital, large format print and Point of Sale.           
- Account management - a key contact for the largest client Foodstuffs, a grocery retailer & largest retailer in New Zealand (account worth ~$3.5 million annually). 
- Worked with various marketing teams and an agency to coordinate all printed material including digital, large format, offset and large items (such as entryways, signage,etc).
- Put together client presentations, proposals and quotes. Presented at client meetings.
- Project management - managed large print projects (around 30 items of varying quantities to 140 New World stores, up to $220k/project), ensured on time delivery. 
- Prepared full project scope and timelines, held kick-off meetings, dealt with vendors and internal staff to ensure milestones were met.
- Also worked on projects for Coca Cola, Goodman Fielder, Duracell, Tegel, and more. 
- Development - created new promo items by working with design and production.  
- Asserted quick decision making when changes or issues would arise.

NZIM provides professional development through courses, mentoring & events.             
- Event management - plan and run lunch seminars, after 5 events, etc.  
- Digital marketing - looked after e-newsletter and social media marketing, as well as marketing collateral. Refresh brand.
- Coordinate national initiative such as Young Executive of the Year award and scholarship programs.
- Managed project to develop the 2013 NZIM Training Planner.

Membership Manager

Summerset owns & operates retirement villages throughout New Zealand.                
- Campaign management - developed and implemented quarterly marketing and advertising campaign plans for 7-9 locations. Create promotion and events calendar for each location. Manage budget. 
- Advertising - coordinate newspaper and radio ads; wrote copy and prepress.
- Marketing - manage collateral stocks, update content and develop new material. 
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns and quarterly newsletter.
- Sponsorship - managed sponsorship of a national tour by an international chorus, Young@Heart. Coordinated activities and communications.

Marketing Coordinator

Workplace Savings is a membership association for employers providing retirement savings. 
- Marketing – assisted with marketing communications to association members including email campaigns, newsletters and mail outs. Promoted events via email and online.
- Event Coordination – coordinated logistics for industry events, education modules, and 2008 Annual Conference & Expo which was a 2-day conference for around 200
- Branding - worked with board to rebrand the business, due to a name change.

- Event Management - planned company’s annual 3-day User Conference for over 100 people.  Promoted conference. Conference budget was break-even.  
- Coordinated participation in over 20 trade shows per year.
