Responsibilities:
•	Direct overall marketing, strategic planning programs and corporate communications
•	Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing and public relations plans, including a $50 million project in Chicago, producing an 8.75% increase in sales for 2005 and 20.5% increase in sales for 2006
•	Plan, implement and manage individual development marketing/operations budgets
•	Facilitate client/tenant development and relationships through marketing and service programs
•	Responsible for understanding current market situation, analyzing competitive landscape and developing winning marketing strategies 
•	Manage and execute tactical marketing activities including;
•	Coordination/management of outside agencies and consultants
•	Generation of various management reports including program status and sales activity reports
