Trim Buyer                                                                                              September 2014 –March 2015					
I was promoted to Trim Buyer and was responsible for ordering trims, such as Country of Origin (COO) labels, care labels, price tickets, hang tags and main labels. I was responsible for directly managing the trim department, I would make certain that our labels were sent out on time to ensure successful arrival at our manufacturing companies. I would work closely with our vendors on better pricing on our trims which included traveling domestically and internationally to customer sites to further develop and improve our current and future working relationship. I was responsible for sending  fabric and garment samples out for testing, I then followed up on the testing results this allowed me to send out label layouts to customers for approval. 
	
Assistant Customer Service Representative                                                  April 2012 – September 2014					
I was responsible for following up on sales orders which involved communicating and collaborating with customers, vendors and manufacturing centers this ensured that the estimated time of arrival was successfully met. Additionally I submitted fabric, color standards, fabric printing and trims to our customers for approval.  I was also responsible for updating Work In Progress (WIP), I worked closely with the fabric department on submitting fabric that was ready to be printed on. I received fit comments from our customers and subsequently submitted them over to the pattern makers for the development of new fit samples.

Trim Buyer/CSR

I was responsible for communicating and meeting with vendors regarding purchase/production orders in conjunction to sending out development tech packs this involved answering any fabric or trim questions. I also collaborated with our Quality Control Manager to discuss sewing details in order to ensure that the product being delivered was living up to customer expectations. I attended fitting sessions and was responsible for sending out fitting comments to our vendors. Additionally I was  responsible for ordering price tickets and assured that this was done in a timely fashion to avoid any production delays. I worked closely with our buyers regarding wash, color, trim and hand-feel approvals.
