Ad Operations Coordinator

I have a well-rounded background in fashion e-commerce, display advertising, and customer care. Working with small to medium sized businesses is where I thrive, and I pride myself on being a solid balance between left and right-brained.

Traffic, QA, and maintain all display advertising creatives, ads, and placements across multiple campaigns while troubleshooting various back-end issues. Regularly monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across third party ad serving and multiple internal platforms. Create and maintain multiple display reports for clients on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Products team on a daily basis and ensuring all products go live free of error while remaining as profitable as possible with the use of comprehensive reporting. Communicate across multiple departments to ensure brand and strategy cohesiveness. Help plan and execute monthly and holiday Products team events and outings. Organize products from receiving all the way to launch.

Wrote, organized, and standardized a comprehensive training and resource manual for use in all future agent training. Was granted sole responsibility to responding to customers on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
